We are beyond excited to introduce Cove Rum to our range of award-winning spirits. With our family farm overlooking the historic smuggling village of Hope Cove and a love of rum it was always part of our dream to make our own. Our rum is very much inspired by our local area, incorporating oak from our farm to give a hint of vanilla, Devon honey, cocoa nibs from our friends at Salcombe Dairy and Devonia Spring Water to create a super smooth and delicious rum. Our label for Cove Rum reflects one of the many stunning sunsets that can be seen overlooking Hope Cove and the surrounding coastline. There really is no better place to watch the sun go down with a drink in hand.

We’re be based near the Bay’s Brewery Bar and will be offering tasters of Cove Rum, as well as our award-winning Cove Vodka, Damson Liqueur and Coffee Liqueur. Thank you
As we’re about to celebrate our 2nd birthday we’ve been reflecting on the past 2 years, how far we’ve come and what a strange time it has been. We’d like to say a huge thank you to all the farm shops, bottle shops, bar and restaurants that have supported us and to all those that have bought a bottle, liked our posts and help spread the word. We hope you love Cove Rum as much as we do. Cheers!
