How to make
Put 25ml Cove Vodka, 15ml elderflower liqueur, 25ml pink grapefruit juice and some ice into a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a chilled champagne glass and top up with champagne. Spritz with grapefruit zest. This could be served in a tall glass with lots of ice and soda instead of champagne.
