We offer a flat rate delivery service of £4.50 for the UK Mainland or £4.95 for tracked, express courier delivery. Plus FREE standard delivery if you spend over £30. Unfortunately, we do not generally ship overseas. However, if you have a specific requirement please email us at [email protected] or call 07779 008842 and we’ll see what we can do. Our standard shipping is currently 4-5 days, although this can take longer during the busy festive period. We always aim to get your product to you to enjoy as quickly as possible. Express delivery takes 2-3 working days. Your product will be carefully wrapped. If you require gift wrapping please specify at the point of order. Last order date for Christmas delivery is 18th December for standard delivery and 20th December for express delivery. 

During the order process you will be asked to verify your age. Age verification will also be required on delivery of your order by the courier.

Returns & Cancellations

We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to return a product, however we understand that occasionally this will be the case. In order to a return a product it must be in the same condition as when you received it – in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

All returns must be received by Devon Cove Produce Ltd within 14 days from receipt of delivery / purchase, with a copy of your order / receipt, to quality for a refund or credit note. A refund will be made within 10 days of receiving the product and confirming it is in a suitable condition to process a return payment.

To request a return please email [email protected] with your proof of purchase and reason for returning the item. When you send the item back to us please ensure to get proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. We must receive the return in re-saleable condition. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Faulty or damaged goods

We can only replace an item if it is damaged or defective. In which case please email us ([email protected]) within 24hrs of receipt of delivery including proof of order, details of the damaged or faulty item and a photograph. We will then be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
