We offer a flat rate delivery service of £4.95 for the UK Mainland. Unfortunately, we do not generally ship overseas. However, if you have a specific requirement please email us at email@example.com or call 07779 008842 and we’ll see what we can do. Our standard shipping is 2-5 working days, however we always aim to get your product to you to enjoy as quickly as possible. Your product will be carefully wrapped. If you require gift wrapping please specify at the point of order.
During the order process you will be asked to verify your age. Please be aware that we are unable to do this at the point of delivery, and so by stating the address and confirming your age, you are giving consent for the alcohol to be delivered to the specified address, and not the recipient specifically.

We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to return a product, however we understand that occasionally this will be the case. In order to a return a product it must be in the same condition as when you received it – in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
All returns must be received by Devon Cove Produce Ltd within 30 days from receipt of delivery / purchase, with a copy of your order / receipt, to quality for a refund or credit note. A refund will be made within 10 days of receiving the product and confirming it is in a suitable condition to process a return payment.
To request a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase and reason for returning the item. When you send the item back to us please ensure to get proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. We must receive the return in re-saleable condition. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Faulty or damaged goods
We can only replace an item if it is damaged or defective. In which case please email us (email@example.com) within 24hrs of receipt of delivery including proof of order, details of the damaged or faulty item and a photograph. We will then be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund for you.
