Cove Vodka

An exceptionally smooth and made from King Edward potatoes, lovingly grown on our family farm overlooking Hope Cove, Devon and Devon spring water. Our copper pot, single distilled vodka is handcrafted in an artisan distillery using the finest ingredients to ensure its smooth, luxurious taste.

The only ingredients that go into our Devon potato vodka are King Edward Potatoes grown in the fresh sea air, Devon Spring Water and a little yeast and enzymes added during fermentation. It’s as pure, clean and wholesome as a vodka can be.

Cove Damson Liqueur

Divinely fruity and exceptionally smooth. We have combined ripe Westcountry damsons with our Devon Potato Vodka to create a luxuriously rich, delicious liqueur. We recommend serving Cove Damson Liqueur chilled on its own, or in a glass of Champagne. Say hello to Devon’s takeon the Kir Royale.

Cove Coffee Liqueur

Luxuriously rich and velvety. We have combined fresh Salcombe Brew dark roast coffee beans with our Devon Potato Vodka to create a full bodied and decadently delicious liqueur. We recommend serving Cove Coffee Liqueur over ice, in an Espresso Martini or in your favourite coffee.

Cove Passion Fruit Liqueur

Is enchantingly exotic and silky smooth. We have combined fresh passion fruits with our Devon Potato Vodka to create a delicate liqueur. We recommend serving Cove Passion Fruit Liqueur over ice with a twist of grapefruit, with cloudy lemonade or in a Pornstar Martini.

Cove Caramelised Hazelnut Liqueur

Is an enticing combination of buttery dark chocolate, hazelnut and cream, followed by fragrant praline and honey, with a rich milk chocolate nutty finish. Gorgeous served simply over ice, layered with single cream and sipped or mixed with a latte or hot chocolate.

Cove Rum

Is an exceptional handcrafted British rum with hints of orange blossom, smooth caramel, creamy light spice and a lick of tobacco and rich vanilla to finish. Our Oak-aged Golden Rum is lovingly created from molasses, oak from our family farm overlooking the historic smuggling village of Hope Cove, Quince’s Devon Honey, Salcombe Dairy Cocoa Nibs and Devonia Spring Water. Absolutely scrumptious and best sipped over ice, or delicious in a Dark n Stormy.
