Our Cove Royale Cocktail kit contains a 20cl bottle of our divinely fruity Cove Damson Liqueur and 2 x 20cl bottles of Scavi and Ray Prosecco. Each kit makes 4 cocktails and you’ll have most of the bottle of Damson Liqueur left to enjoy. We recommend putting a fresh raspberry, blackberry or sprig of mint in the top to garnish. Simple to make and fabulous to drink.

Our Damson Liqueur is divinely fruity and exceptionally smooth. We have combined ripe Westcountry damsons with our Devon Potato Vodka to create a luxuriously rich, delicious liqueur. Our vodka is created using King Edward Potatoes grown on our family farm overlooking Hope Cove. We recommend serving Cove Damson Liqueur chilled over ice, in a glass of bubbly, with ice and soda or with tonic.
Once we had our exceptionally smooth vodka perfected we decided it would be great to develop a lovely smooth and fruity liqueur. Our first choice was fresh damsons, perfect for the season, a beautiful colour and a fabulous taste. We added fresh Westcountry damsons and sugar to our vodka to create a divinely fruity liqueur that is perfect on its own and amazing in a glass of bubbly.

The key to a great vodka is a really smooth vodka. Using potatoes enables you to create an exceptionally smooth and creamy vodka which is exquisite on its own or with a mixer; hence why potato vodka is often the first choice for connoisseurs.
The only ingredients that go into our vodka are our potatoes grown in the fresh sea air, Devon Spring Water and a little yeast and enzymes added during fermentation. It’s as pure, clean and wholesome as a vodka can be. What’s more, the carbs in the potatoes don’t translate into the vodka so it’s exceptionally low carb and there is no added sugar either. It’s about as low in calories as an alcoholic drink can be.

Scavi & Ray Prosecco spoils you with its freshness, delicate bouquet and fruity pétillance. The grapes are picked when they are perfectly ripe, and only the highest quality Vino Frizzante is bottled. This pleasantly sparkling wine from the Veneto region of Italy is ideally suited as both a dry aperitivo or as a great accompaniment to light Mediterranean dishes.

I’m not a fan of prosecco but i really wanted to try the damson liqueur. I followed the drinks recipe as recommended by you and the two drinks complimented each other really well. The sweetness from the damson and the bubbles from the prosecco made it a refreshing drink to have.
