Our Damson Liqueur is divinely fruity and exceptionally smooth. We have combined ripe Westcountry damsons with our Devon Potato Vodka to create a luxuriously rich, delicious liqueur. Our vodka is created using King Edward Potatoes grown on our family farm overlooking Hope Cove. We recommend serving Cove Damson Liqueur chilled on its own, or in a glass of Champagne. Once we had our exceptionally smooth vodka perfected we decided it would be great to develop a lovely smooth and fruity liqueur. Our first choice was fresh damsons, perfect for the season, a beautiful colour and a fabulous taste. We added fresh Westcountry damsons and sugar to our vodka to create a divinely fruity liqueur that is perfect on its own and amazing in a glass of bubbly.
Salcombe Dairy’s Bean to Bar Dark Chocolate is made with 70% organic Peruvian cacao and is handmade in Salcombe, Devon. To make their Bean to Bar chocolate Salcombe Dairy source organic, fairly traded cacao from the Peruvian rainforest and melange these cacao nibs in Salcombe with raw cane sugar before conching, tempering and moulding into chocolate of the highest quality. They then add natural, local ingredients when possible (and the best form around the globe when needed) to make award-winning chocolate in a spectrum of flavours that their fans rave about.

Cove Vodka is exceptionally smooth and made from King Edward potatoes, lovingly grown on our family farm overlooking Hope Cove, Devon, and Devon spring water. Our copper pot, single distilled vodka is handcrafted in an artisan distillery using the finest ingredients to ensure its smooth, luxurious taste.
The key to a great vodka is a really smooth vodka. Using potatoes enables you to create an exceptionally smooth and creamy vodka which is exquisite on its own or with a mixer; hence why potato vodka is often the first choice for connoisseurs.
The only ingredients that go into our vodka are our potatoes grown in the fresh sea air, Devon Spring Water and a little yeast and enzymes added during fermentation. It’s as pure, clean and wholesome as a vodka can be. What’s more, the carbs in the potatoes don’t translate into the vodka so it’s exceptionally low carb and there is no added sugar either. It’s about as low in calories as an alcoholic drink can be.
Our 20cl bottle of Cove Damson Liqueur is an exact miniature of our 50cl bottle. It makes a fantastic gift and is the perfect option if you’d like to try our liqueur but don’t want a large bottle. It contains 8 shots so is great for sharing too.
